PCI SSO delegate and concierge ecosystem

PCI could build an identity system using single sign on to establish and start to implement a concierge ecosystem BEFORE DID/VC adoption.

it would be an interim solution.

Example of how it would work

Here is how it would work:

1. Users would set up an account with a PCI enabled service on the net.
1. The partner would use OIDC and recognise PCI as an SSO provider for logon.
